Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product.

By accessing the product (e.g. opening the Notion link, PDF, or intake form), you acknowledge that your right to withdraw is waived — as per Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which covers digital content that is fully delivered upon purchase.

That said, if you accidentally purchased the wrong tier or feel this space was not what you expected — please reach out within 14 days. We handle each case personally and with integrity.

We cannot offer refunds:

• Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded

• For completed consults or group pods

• If more than 14 days have passed since purchase
